Cookbooks were first made from a collection of recipes for complex dishes – because in those days simple dishes were ignored or rejected. The first collection of recipes was called De re coquinaria and was published in the 1st century AD. Recipe books from different parts of the world have been restored at different times, such as Daz buch von guter spise around 1350 and al-Warrak at the beginning of the 10th century.
Since then, cookbooks have changed, evolved and adapted to the rest of the world, reflecting not only the introduction and almost complete fusion of different cultures, but also the new and innovative methods we use to prepare our daily meals.
One method is pressure cooking, a high pressure cooking method to preserve moisture, nutrients, vitamins, taste and the use of economical pieces of meat.
Among the different Pressure Cooker cookbooks, here is my top 10:
#10 – Pressure cooking Note
I found the pressure cooker, correctly explained by Dianne Page, very useful. Not only does it contain recipes for soups, meat, poultry, vegetables, preserves, fish and dishes especially for one person; but the author is also aware of the advantages of cooking under pressure, how to choose a good pressure cooker (although I hope we have done a good job on this website), how to use the pressure cooker by adapting the recipes and especially how to keep the pressure cooker in good condition. The paperback costs less than $6 and is very useful for budgeting.

#9 – Large fast food
Although Bob Warden’s Great Food Fast really does contain a lot of useful tips, good recipes and nutritional information and deviates from the traditional format, I would like to see the table of contents or something that gives the book some structure. Instead I met a blind man who was wondering how to go from a tortellini and meatball soup to a five-point alarm clock and then back to a broccoli and cheese soup. I know it’s a small thing to mention this book, especially with all the great information, the shopping lists and everything else, but personally I find it very hard not to notice it. Great food – fast food costs almost $15 in paperback.

#8 – Hip Pressure Cooking : Fast, fresh and fragrant
The owner of the pressure cooker, Laura Pazzzalia, has carefully designed and produced a new cookbook for pressure cookers. Cooking under pressure in the hips : Fast, fresh and tasty not only summarizes why people like to cook under pressure in the name, but also makes it possible to divide recipes into very clear categories: soups and broths, eggs, vegetables, dried beans and broad beans, pasta and sauces, cereals, meat and poultry, fish and seafood, ready meals, desserts and preserves, juices. For the prints, boil the hips under pressure: Fast, fresh and fragrant costs just under $20.

#7 – Blue genes leader: Comfortable under pressure!
Meredith Lawrence offers up to 125 recipes and over 100 explanations and tips in her brilliant blue-jean cookbook: Comfort under pressure, but despite its name, it does not give the confidence needed for users of pressure cookers working under pressure for the first time. Although it’s just under $20, your purchase will be worth it thanks to the many tips and delicious recipes.

#6 – Cookbook for pressure cookers
The Easy Pressure Cooker Cookbook by Diane Phillips is a must for every first-time user of a pressure cooker in a family with young children. I don’t know many cookbooks that fit a child’s needs, but this one is excellent as long as you don’t have an electric cooker and can reduce the amount of liquid in chili recipes, but for just over $18, the Easy Pressure Cooker is still a good deal.

#5 – Real pressure cooker
At just over $16, Miss Vickie’s Real Food Real Fast pressure cooker, written by Vickie Smith, is ideal for those who own a pressure cooker that runs on a stove and want nothing more than to make simple, delicious dishes with ingredients normally available in her larder, and with dishes like almond and orange seed cake and meat broth, Miss Smith shows that it is possible to perfectly balance the ingredients in the household while having a quality, healthy and full meal. Some of the recipes in this book are quite advanced, but I find it a challenge to stay healthy for mom and dad who like to cook delicious meals!

#4 – All-pressure kitchen gas cooker
Unlike some other cookbooks that are still under discussion, The Everything Pressure Cooker Cookbook is specially written for use with electric pressure cookers, but still allows you to enjoy delicious meals. For just over $10, Pamela Rice Hahn has developed perfect recipes for every situation. If you want to impress later, try halibut with black olive sauce, or if you want to celebrate a little more with your family, try peanut butter and cheese fudge.

#3 – Pressure cooking
Pressure Cooking (written by Lorna J. Sass and generally sold for just under $16) is an ideal way for beginners to discover the joys of pressure cooking with a range of simple and more refined recipes that will help you improve your cooking skills and gradually become more comfortable with your pressure cooker. Useful in the beginning with tips and tricks that put your pressure cooker to work, and for troubleshooting at the end of the book, the pressure cooker is an important confidence booster that allows you to get to your new pressure cooker with minimal effort and effort. #2 – Improvement of the printing plates
I am known for my controversial answers and I am one of those who really love American culinary experiences. I think the Perfection pressure cooker (just over $13) offers a brilliant selection of recipes that fully exploit the potential of the pressure cooker. An introduction to why you should have a pressure cooker is a bit pointless if you already have one.
